Tova Jones is a marketing and communications strategist, project leader, and crisis communications advisor who helps organizations move complex, high-impact work forward. Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, higher education, economic development, community engagement, media relations, and executive communications.
As founder and principal consultant of Jones Unit Impact Group, Tova combines big-picture strategy with organized, hands-on execution. She is known for bringing clarity to complicated challenges, building communications that strengthen trust, and keeping people, priorities, and projects aligned from planning through delivery.
Based in Flint, Michigan, Tova holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies from Grand Valley State University and works with a network of specialized consultants to build the right team for each engagement.
